My challenge is working...at least I think it is.
Today, I hit the gym scale at noon - 224.25, the home scale was 219.4. I'm headed in the right direction! What does that mean? Since Saturday, I have lost exactly 4 lbs. (on both scales)! IT'S WORKING!!!
The low-carb meal plan is still working for me. In fact, I'm eating my grapefruit right now. Yum!
Gotta hit the gym at noon!
So I'll sing my new mantra: "Keep going - it's working!"
