Oh yuck! I'm so sorry. I was thinking about you today - saw Dr. Oz on tv and it made me wonder how you were doing with the food stuff. Been rough here - limited grocery budget, not a lot of interest in fruits and veggies right now. Certainly not enough water or sleep. All some bad combos for weak wills :(
Hang in there - and keep plugging thru. We CAN do this!!!!
