Last night, I got in and did some cardio and some strength training - since I sorta missed doing that this weekend. I certainly do not want to hit my training session tomorrow without having put in some strength training. It will surely be obvious! I don't pay all the money for nothing - I want to see results!!!
I have to go again after work. My goal is to put in some run-time on the treadmill. Since I actually remembered my headphones, I can rock-out to Superchick while running my mass off!
